Booking a Session
Energy medicine can be performed from any distance, sessions usually take around five minutes or less, and you needn't do anything special during this time. In addition to monthly group sessions, I host individual sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays beginning at 6 p.m. Pacific which are open to anyone of any age or species. I work remotely, free of technology, and follow up via email.
To initiate a session, I simply ask your body what it would like to accomplish, then, through intention, activate an array of frequencies, step out of the way, and observe what occurs. Your energetic body will choose any that it would like to reestablish, resonate to them briefly, and Bob's your uncle — once a frequency has been reestablished, they seem to stick.
I'll typically check in with you near the completion of your integration period, during which time I recommend that you abstain from bodywork or further energy work.
I'm happy to work with anyone of any species and any age — in utero on up — barring a few conditions of contraindication. Under-18 clients will need permission from a parent or legal guardian, and it's been my experience that to work with a pet will often (but not always) require working with one of their humans instead. Please contact me to schedule or to ask questions; before we begin, I'll ask you to fill out a brief consent form.
