I cordially invite you to join in this transformative self-healing event. The group will convene at a distance, no commuting or technology required, and you can expect a follow-up email the next morning. You're welcome to do what you please during the time—likely about an hour or so. While quiet sitting might help you to tune in to the experience, spending the time however you'd like never seems to affect the efficacy.
Groups can be quite powerful as opportunities for healing are multiplied and amplified by the other participants. Please visit the homepage for a description of this work which functions non-manipulatively through resonance, and please be 18 or over, not knowingly pregnant, and not planning any bodywork or other energy work (other than individual practices) for at least a week following.
