Benefits of Meditation
Most of us are well aware of meditation’s many scientifically-proven benefits and probably feel that we’re already doing our best to maintain a regular practice, but I nevertheless want to remind you of not only some of the physical and emotional benefits but also mention a couple of others that can support energetic transformation.

Please don’t hesitate to be in touch if this (or any) tip raises questions for you, and, as always, I wish you calm abiding on your journey.
With Love,
Colin
